In the hamlet Poggio Del Papa 12 km from the centre of Castiglione Del Lago, outside the resort Vaiano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 12 km from the lake. Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Ein wunderschönes, super sauberes Haus mit traumhaftem Pool und atemberaubendem Ausblick – besonders beim Frühstück mit Blick auf die Landschaft ein Highlight! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Fabio verkauft köstlichen Honig und Olivenöl, und Besitzer Johar ist super freundlich und hat tolle Ausflugstipps. Auch für Hunde ideal, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Die Rosen im Garten sind wunderschön und machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Ganz klar: 5 von 5 Sternen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Einfach toller Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei super Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen für kurze Spaziergänge oder auch längere Ausflüge. Das Inventar ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber bei Anreise alles picobello sauber. Das Gelände ums Haus ist eingezäunt und voller Blüten und Pflanzen. Man hat einen tollen Blick in die Natur. Der Pool war sauber und lädt zum genießen ein. Vermieter und auch sein Verwalter waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Ein Bäcker ist in der Nähe, zum Einkaufen mit dem Auto.

Erholsamer ruhiger Urlaub

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, sein Hausverwalter F. und seine Frau, sehr nett und freundlich. Haben bei ihm leckeren Honig und Oliven Öl gekauft. Er wohnt schräg gegenüber und ist immer erreichbar. Bei Problemen wird sofort schnell geholfen. Der Pool traumhaft, der Garten voller Blüte, wir haben täglich die Blumen bewässert. Wir haben die Ruhe, das Landleben in vollem Umfang genossen. Das große Grundstück ist eingezäunt. TOLLER URLAUB!

Traumhaus im Rosengarten

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Haus Olimpia und kommen wieder. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch sind die umliegenden Städte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Ausblick ist sensationell, das Haus sehr geräumig, die Küche voll ausgestattet und der Pool ein Traum. Der Garten ist wunderschön beflanzt und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilft sofort bei Fragen und hat super Tipps für Unternehmungen. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Reines Wohlfühlerlebnis

Das Haus befindet sich in einer idyllischen Lage mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und erholen. Die Betreuung war umfangreich und echt super. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt und wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

La maison a été parfaite pour notre famille et notre petit chien. Serviettes fournies en grande quantité, les équipements étaient nombreux, et la maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire était réactif pour toute demande.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Pool zum Schwimmen. Vom Bügeleisen bis zur Mikrowelle, von einer Grundausstattung mit Duschgel bis zu den Gewürzen, genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln etc. war alles da. Der kleine Ort eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Umbrien und der südlichen Toskana. Hübscher Garten mit Aussicht! Netter Besitzer, sehr guter Gastgeber, sehr gut zu erreichen, kümmert sich sofort bei Nachfragen.

Vorne Natur… hinten Straße SP 301

Direkt an einer Straße die durch den schlechten Belag sehr laut ist und in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt ist. 12 Tage keine Poolpflege. Die Hydromassage hat 12 Tage nicht funktioniert trotz Info am 2.Tag an die Haushälterin. Eisbereiter im Kühlfach verschmutzt. Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt. Viele Töpfe und viel Geschirr war verschmutzt. ...

Sehr empfehlenswert

Schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet mit immer wieder kleinen Sitzgruppen umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, hat uns riesigen Spaß bereitet und ist der absolute Blickfang des umzäunten Geländes. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und man kann sehr schnell tolle Ausflugsziele wie Chiusi und Castiglione del Lago (mit Auto beides ca. 20Min), wie auch Perugia (ca. 50Min) erreichen. Wir haben das Haus, den Pool und die tolle Gegen sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen:-)

Prachtige locatie en fijn huis

We hebben echt een super fijne vakantie gehad met onze hond. De locatie is prachtig met een super uitzicht. Fijne faciliteiten bij het huis, en het zwembad met whirlpool is heerlijk bij dat warme weer. De tuin is goed omheind waardoor de hond lekker los in de tuin kon lopen. De gastheer was ook zeer betrokken en aardig en vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig in de omgeving want het dorpje is best afgelegen en je hebt in het dorp zelf weinig faciliteiten.
