Located in the Umbrian hills, with a stunning view of Lake Trasimeno and just a short walk from the border with Tuscany, Casa di Cristina is a charming one-room annex on the ground floor of a manor house, designed for those seeking tranquility, nature, and scenic beauty.

Nestled amid the greenery and tranquility of the Tre Laghi area, this property is ideal for a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating break. It can accommodate up to 2 people and offers all the essential amenities for a completely relaxing stay, including a kitchen and bathroom. During the winter, the property is heated by a pellet stove. Upon request, an additional cot for a child can be provided.
To ensure the property is always spotless and well-maintained, a small fee of 15 euros is required upon arrival to cover sanitisation and final cleaning.

Outside, you’ll find a garden shared with the owner, equipped with a hammock, lounge chairs, and a table for outdoor lunches or dinners—perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature at any time of day.

The location is ideal for exploring some of Central Italy’s most fascinating destinations: in just 10 minutes, you can reach Castiglione del Lago, where you can rent bikes to ride along the shores of Lake Trasimeno. Perugia, Assisi, Spello, and the airport are all within an hour’s drive, while Florence and Rome are easily accessible in about two hours. From here, it’s easy to set out to explore the Val d’Orcia, with its villages such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Radicofani, and the natural hot springs of Bagni San Filippo.

Upon request, we can organise horseback riding tours in the surrounding area or sailing excursions on the lake, allowing you to experience the region from unique perspectives.

In the small town just 2 km away, you’ll find all the essential services: a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, and post office. During your stay, you’ll be welcomed by the family’s sweet little dog and the cats that live in the garden.
