Silence and tranquillity, combined with tradition, make our offers a desired destination for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and the discovery of nature and cities of art. A slice of the past rises from the renovation of an ancient rural hamlet dating from 1614 and 1789. The farmhouses, which were recovered when they were in an advanced state of disrepair, have been completely renovated respecting the building architecture of the period, thus preserving all those little details that take us back in time to take a plunge into the past but with the comforts you desire. An ideal holiday for those who love to observe nature, listen to peace, breathe healthy air and forget the hectic pace of the city, rediscovering the pleasure of enjoying themselves and the environment. It is precisely the environment that dominates at the Country House in all its forms: in the green and blue that prevail, in the smells it offers, in the flavours of tradition and in respect for the domestic and wild fauna that live here. The flats are also named after some of the birds that live in the Trasimeno Lake Park: independent of each other, they are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, the suggestion of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. They are equipped with a large, comfortable swimming pool (14 m long, 6 m wide and 110-200 m deep), and a small children's pool (5.50 m x 5 m, and 0.50 m deep) that become an evocative backdrop with gushes of water and colours. A large, comfortable swimming pool is available to all guests.
Located in the centre of the complex, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring m. 14 x 6, with a depth of m. 1.10/2.00 and the second, for children, measuring m. 5.50 x 5 and 50 cm deep.
It is enriched by gushes of water that become colourful phantasmagoria in the evening.
warnung.gaestezimmer The old tobacco drying room (1912), now restored, shows itself in all its grandeur and beauty as if it represented the typical manor houses of Umbrian rural villages. The building, in the days when it was fully efficient in its function of dehydrating tobacco leaves, was called 'Tabaccaia' by the locals, and we have kept the name. The transformation has resulted in a cosy and comfortable building for the stay of our welcome guests. The rooms, furnished with care, with handcrafted furniture according to period techniques and antiques, are equipped with a mini bar and air conditioning. The rooms of the "ANTICA TABACCAIA" are named after some of the birds of the Trasimeno Lake Park. They are ideal for spending a holiday immersed in the green, in the charm of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours. La Tabaccaia is located within the Country House structure, and enjoys all the services and the large, comfortable swimming pool USE OF THE MINI-POOL, FOR 2 HOURS, INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR STAY.
