Quiet detached house in Triscina di Selinunte at 8 min. walk from the sea

My accommodation is 8 min. walk from the beach of Triscina. It is a newly built independent villa, suitable for couples, families and groups of friends. It consists of 4 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and two smaller bedrooms, one single and the other with a bunk bed, kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, terrace, veranda, garden, barbecue area . All openings have shutters and railings. Parking space or camper in the private fenced area.
The house has an alarm system and pocket WI-FI with limited free connection. The area is quiet and the beach of Triscina is known for its length and size, so much so that even in full bathing season (August), there is always plenty of space to enjoy the beach and the sea in peace.
Around the house there are green spaces and, depending on the season, it is possible to harvest and savor very tasty fruits such as figs, medlars, apples, strawberry trees, strawberries, pomegranates, grapes, cherry tomatoes and flavor their dishes with the fresh aromas available in the flower beds.
In summer there is a lido, right on the beach, a few minutes walk from the house, with deckchair service, umbrellas, lifeguard, showers and bar.
Attention: the sea of Triscina is generally cold; September is the ideal time, both for the temperature of the sea (generally higher than in August) and for the tranquility of a landscape and a nature still quite untouched.
