The proximity to the beach is fantastic, especially early morning sunrise and sunsets. Maintenance was called and arrived within 15 minutes (fix the air conditioner). Being close to the Garden City Pier was an added benefit. We will be back in 2026.

Good stay

Lovely appartement with little garden in center of Seis am Schlern. We walked to the cable lift. Supermarket amd terrasses are a few minutes walk. Kind property owner Erna, helpfull when you needs tips what to do. Good equiped kitchen and two great bathrooms. Super environment for walks and biking.

Beautiful! Great apartment, perfect for our family of 5, cute town away from the hustle and bustle of Ortisei area or Cortina area. Walking distance from apartment to 2 grocery stores, several restaurants, bike rentals, tourist information, and cable car up to Alpe de Siusi. Do not need a rental car, bus passes from Erna are perfect to visit other towns close by like Castelrotto, Ortisei and Val Gardenia with the numerous access to gondolas and hiking trails. Rental car only necessary to travel farther distances to Cortina and beyond. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit kleinem, aber feinem (eingezäuntem) Garten. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, besonders die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle, neue Bäder. Sehr genossen haben wir die fussläufige Erreichbarkeit von Supermarkt, Cafés und der Bahn. Einzig, das Internet war sehr langsam und hatte viele Ausfälle.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Große geräumige Wohnung, moderne Bäder, große Schlafzimmer, es war alles vorhanden von Küchengeräten bis Kräuter, sehr sauber. Frau Karbon war immer zu erreichen und gab uns Auskünfte über Wanderwege und alles was wir wissen wollten. Vielen Dank. War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung in grandioser Umgebung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Nebenstraße, trotzdem zentrale Lage. Die Wohung ist hochwertig eingerichtet (mit sehr bequemen Betten), umfangreich ausgestatteter Küche (Teekanne, Auflaufformen, Gewürze, Essig & Öl etc) und moderne Bäder. Besser geeignet für Familien, da ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, welches über aberüber die Terrasse umgangen werden kann. Ideal auch mit Hund, da es einen kleinen eingezäunten Garten gibt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die nette Vermieterin Erna Karbon, welche stets hilfsbereit und freundlich ist und viele guteTipps gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Supermärkte und Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso Talstation und Busbahnhof.

Das war wirklich großartig!

Wir (3 Freundinnen, mit einem Hund und einer Dreijährigen) haben eine top gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin ist ein Energiebündel mit einem großen Herz und viel Verständnis. Wir haben ganz viele hilfreiche Infos erhalten. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind für Zweibeiner und Vierbeiner aller Altersgruppen super geeignet. Wir empfehlen das Gesamtpaket sehr gerne weiter und sagen DANKE!

Wohlfühlquartier

Eine freundliche Vermieterin hat uns empfangen und die Wohnung in Ruhe gezeigt. Alles was man benötigt, war vorhanden und die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr sauber. Wir erhielten Tipps auf anstehende Veranstaltungen und Erklärungen, was mit der Gästekarte alles gratis 'erobert' werden kann. Nachfragen später wurden schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet, sodass wir wirklich ein Rundumsorglospaket hatten. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Danke liebe Erna!

Wir hatten 12 wunderbare Tage im Appartment von Frau Erna Karbon in Seis. Frau Karbon ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Wanderungen gegeben hat. Schöner Herbsturlaub in Seis

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund zum wandern in der Region. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und trotzdem fantastisch ruhig, da Sackgasse. Ich hatte noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sogar Gewürze und Tee waren zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr sympathische Frau, die uns einige Tipps für Wanderungen gab und eines Abends mit Schnaps zum Anstoßen vor der Tür stand. Ich habe nur aus einem einzigen Grund keine 5 Sterne vergeben, weil uns die Matratzen etwas zu hart waren. Aber das ist unser persönliches Empfinden. Andere lieben es. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super nette Gastgeberin und tolle Wohnung

Wir hatte einen tollen Urlaub, gerade auch wegen der wirklich schönen Wohnung. Zu Fuß war alles was man benötigt zu erreichen, Bäcker, Schlachter, Cafe....sehr schön. Erna ist eine super liebe und herzliche Gastgeberin. So wie man sich das wünscht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Urlaub mit Hunden

Frau Karbon war eine freundliche und nette Gastgeberin, die einmal sogar mit einem sehr guten Birnenschnaps vorbeikam, den wir dann gemeinsam ( meine Frau , ich und die Schwiegereltern ) mit ihr verköstigt haben. Wir hatten unsere zwei kleinen franz. Bulldoggen dabei. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub mit Hunden ideal , die Außenterrasse ist eingezäunt und ein Teil davon ist Rasen . Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Für unseren zweiten Urlaub in Südtirol haben wir uns für Seis und die Wohnung von Frau Karbon entschieden. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und absolut ruhig gelegen. Schade ist nur, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt und man von der Wohnung aus das grandiose Bergpanorama nicht wirklich sieht. Wir hatten eine Woche strahlendes Spätsommerwetter und daher beides nicht wirklich vermisst, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Frau Karbon ist eine sehr nette und angenehme Vermieterin. Der Kontakt war völlig problemlos. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Café, mehrere gute Restaurants, eine nette kleine Bar und die Station der Umlaufbahn zur Seiser Alm.
