The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. However, this is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The room furnishing is worn, the bed is very uncomfortable, the a/c system is archaic and the bathroom is sub-standard.

Péssimo atendimento, quer num primeiro contacto via telefone, quer nos contactos posteriores (check-in e check-out) por parte da recepcionista de serviço nos respetivos momentos. Falta de simpatia e atendimento com trato indiferente/desagradável (ao contrário de camareiras com quem me cruzei e de um rececionista, que foram extremamente prestáveis, com amabilidade). Limpeza geral, boa, comodidades e localização, razoáveis. Relação preço vs. qualidade desajustada. Por esta razão e pela descrição supracitada relativamente à falta de simpatia, não voltarei.

Mooi hotel. Inrichting kan oppepper gebruiken. Vloerbedekking is niet van deze tijd. Ontbijt super. Verder alles uitstekend. Personeel zeer vriendelijk als overal in Portugal.
