"Staff and experience were superb. Space was homey and clean. Great hospitality including tea and laundry. Lovely dinner and free wine. Cute kitten. bed and blankets were a little short for my 6'-3" husband."

"The inside of the house - bedrooms, kitchen, living room - were exactly what we needed as a a 14p group. Sadly the externals were run down, dusty, and lawn was not maintained. The pool was clean and handy for the summer heat.The directions to the location - both on Stayz and provided by host - took us to another location approx 10km away. Be sure to check as this is a rural location.The residence is in farm area and away from town (which suited us fine) but may not be ideal for others."

"Lovely hotel. We stayed with breakfast included. Found the menu for evening meals was a bit limited. So thoroughly recommended the family restaurant opposite. Bar staff were lovely and staff on breakfast duties were also very attentive. "

"What a wonderful, quiet sanctuary with the modern facilities and amazing chef it also has the qualities of being able to visit Melfi, which is a wonderful town rich in history. This hotel is worth the trip and you will find you get far more than what you pay for. I highly recommend it."

"Property: Fantastic pool (large, deep with diving board) which was cleaned daily. Plenty of space in the kitchen and bedrooms with air conditioning throughout.Location: Beautiful views of Contursi Terme, interesting Italian hillside roads to access the villa (these got easier with experience!).Surrounding Area: Good access to the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Naples.Host: Salvatore is very accommodating and an impressive pizzaiolo (you must accept his offer to cook pizza in the wood-fired oven!)Overall we had a fantastic week, and our teenage children said it's the best summer holiday they've had! Thanks Salvatore!"
