Great family vacation

The hotel is fantastic! Very pleasant stuff, rooms are amazing, shuttle bus to Gardaland , great organisation. EEEExtremely fantastic pizza in the hotel restaurant!

I thought that the stay was overpriced for what was offered. The breakfast was not included and the options were a rip off and also the quality of the food was not good. I was expecting more to be honest. The area and hotel grounds are nicely maintained.

Hotel and surrounding are very pleasant! Room is comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed. Pool is great! Food is average. Girls working in front desk need training. They lack info and panic if there was a line of people waiting! Not very welcoming!

5 star stay but limited food options.

Family of 4. Amazing rooms, pretty well kept. Kids loved it. Gardaland amusement park was a must-see. Something similar to Disney land. Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. One setback was the lack of food options in the area. The onsite restaurant Tutankhamen was, well awful. Other than that 5 star stay.

The bar staff had issues giving ice to hotel guests every night I would hear them saying ice was in limited supply lol for such an expensive hotel that is unacceptable. Check in and check out took a long time and staff could learn to make an effort to welcome guests on arrival. Ernesto was very helpful with an issue we had with our room door and taxi so thank you once again.

I had an accident and the wole personnel was so helpful and kind to me. They gave me ice to cool the injuries, they called the ambulance for us, the reception and hotel manager called my husband twice to ask how I was and once I came back from the hospital they were extra caring for me. They made my stay a pleasant one despite the accident!❤️

Weekends with a high occupancy rate: one or two people at reception, one of whom is an intern ?. Two restaurants: the first one it was sold out! The second one was a buffet restaurant with a 40-minute queue to get in: child-friendly hotel? Very expensive prices for a breakfast (16 euro per child and 20 per adult). I thought better than what I found, sorry.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht! Bei der Ankunft ging es schon los, das man sein Zimmer suchen muss, weil von der Rezeption keiner gewillt ist es einen zu zeigen… Dann ist Badehaubenpflicht, könnte ich ja verstehen wenn alles sauber wäre… Der Pool ist super, man teilt ihn mit 3-4 Hotels, daher ist er kaum überfüllt 😂 die Liegen sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.. Das Frühstück war ok, das Rührei konnte man sogar trinken 😂. Der Kaffee ausn Automat ( 54€ 4 Personen Frühstück am Tag ) war eine Frechheit! Wir dachten Italien sei für guten Kaffee bekannt, aber das… Aber passend zum Rührei, Speck etc. Im Zimmer waren die Silikonfugen vergammelt, WC Sitz locker und die Klima Funktionierte auch nicht. Dann gab es noch den Staplerfahrer, wo in der Früh um kurz vor 7, unter unseren Zimmer, alles Rückwärts fahren musste, damit er mit sein Piepsen ungefähr alles geweckt hat. Außerdem hab ich das Abenteuer in einen „Abenteuer Hotel“ gesucht. Ein Hotel wo so wenig bietet zu diesen Preis, unglaublich. Nie mehr wieder!

Ideal für Gardalandbesuch. Kostenloser Shuttle. Jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto gut erreichbar, 10min.etwa. im Hotel gibt es Restaurant. Pizzen größer als der Teller! Keine Kinderportionen. Pool schließt leider schon 19Uhr. Abends muss man in den Ort fahren. Kein Blick auf Gardasee vom Hotel. Trotzdem alles in Ordung für einen Kurzurlaub..

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön, eine kleine Überraschung welche man durch das lösen eines Rätsels bekommen konnte war auch sehr schön. Allerdings funktionierte bei uns die Zahlenkombination nicht, obwohl sie richtig war. Aber hier konnte die Rezeption mit dem Mastercode helfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und für die Kinder natürlich ein Erlebnis. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren gut, allerdings preislich nicht ganz ohne. Das Frühstück hat für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (5,7) 56 Euro täglich gekostet. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten allerdings ein Problem mit unserem Tickets, welche nach kurzer Unterbrechung des Internets nicht via Mail ankamen. Hierzu fragten wir an der Rezeption nach Hilfe, was sich allerdings als schwierig erwies, da erst der Manager gefragt werden musste ob die Mitarbeiterin im Park anrufen dürfe. Dies könnte einfacher laufen. Alles in allem ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Was ich persönlich nicht so schön fande, dass ich darauf hingewiesen habe das unsere Tochter vor Ort Geburtstag hat und uns lediglich ein Menü angeboten wurde oder die persönliche Übergabe eines Geschenks durch das Maskottchen für 90 Euro. Eine kleine Tischdeko hätte uns auch gereicht, einfach um unserer Tochter eine Freude zu bereiten.
