I booked this unit at least a year ago. I asked for check in information repeatedly leading up to the stay. The check in information, which was cumbersome, was not provided to me until the day of check in. The form that was provided had problems, so the virtual key could not be released. I tried multiple times on a very busy travel day, to resolve the issues with the management company as well as VRBO, to no avail. Ultimately, we had to rent 2 hotel rooms the first night of our stay. VRBO kept us on the phone for HOURS with supervisors, who did nothing to resolve the issue. We finally were able to connect with a supervisor on Day 2, who was able to put us in touch with the management company..we got into the unit on day 2.The Unit was nice, but internet was spotty, major ant/ bug issues were noted.The management company refunded us for one night at the unit as it was INACCESSIBLE, and we were reimbursed by VRBO for hotel rooms. We lost one full day of vacation and had PLENTY of aggravation.
