"Everything VERY good except the choice of oppressively hot room or very noisy street (located between major traffic circle and Perugia's main bus terminal. Great staff. Good beds and showers etc. Above average breakfast buffet, except for the vending machines for coffee (no staff making). Bring a travel mug if you prefer American style coffee. Their only mugs are espresso or double espresso sized, not even cappuccino size available."

"This place was actually magical! We arrived later at night because our plane was delayed so I didn’t get the full effect until the next morning when I opened my bedroom window and looked out on unbelievable beauty. I felt like I was in that movie Enchanted April! Stefano was great and so accommodating! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We stayed there 5 days with our five adult daughters. It was a dream come true. Will plan to come again."

"Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase."
