Breakfast was good, although the spa facilities looked good we did not get a chance to try. Hotel had great views and great transport links

Wonderful property with spectacular views.

Convenient location, but a bit hectic area. It doesn’t have a gym and I did not anticipate that at a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel with lovely friendly staff and an amazing spa. Few things that were a bit odd for a hotel of that calibre - unfortunately arriving into an underground carpark at the back of the hotel doesn’t start with a good impression! There’s also a weird underground corridor with trendy lighting to get out of the hotel which just feels out of keeping with the rest of the hotel. The cost of using the kitchen in the apartments is ridiculous and given the room rates, it’s a bit cheeky that there’s an extra charge to use it. Also bear in mind there’s not much to do without a car & especially if the weather isn’t good. Although the spa is lovely if you just want to relax. Overall we had a great stay but we just didn’t feel 100% sure about the hotel.

They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.
