The Space
Villa Oliva, recently renovated to impeccable standards, offers discerning guests a refined retreat amidst the enchanting surroundings of Riva dei Tessali.

The villa features three bedrooms (2 with queen-size beds, 1 with a double bed), accommodating up to six guests, along with three full bathrooms (1 ensuite bathroom with a 140 cm long bathtub, 1 guest bathroom with a walk-in shower, and 1 guest bathroom with a shower in the laundry annex).

Additionally, a meticulously landscaped garden spanning approximately 1,000 square metres features an outdoor shower for refreshing moments amidst nature’s beauty.

Enhancing the appeal of outdoor living, the property offers two spacious, fully furnished covered patios, ideal for relaxation and al fresco dining, complemented by an elegant indoor dining area. The entire garden is adorned with tasteful lighting, ensuring enchanting evenings under the stars. Furthermore, for added security, the villa is equipped with an external CCTV surveillance system.
