"The house itself is fantastic. It is big, beautiful, and comfortable, but the way it is managed completely undermines the stay. At checkout we were suddenly asked to pay 130 in cash for cleaning even though the listing says “no hidden fees, all fees included.” That charge is hidden in a PDF after booking and never shown in the VRBO price breakdown.Basic essentials were also missing. There were no towels, no soap, no dish soap, and not enough toilet paper. When I raised this, the host explicitly responded that there is no VRBO policy requiring them to provide toilet paper. Who travels with their own towels and toilet paper for a vacation rental?The hosts were extremely difficult to deal with and even sent the cleaning lady to collect the surprise fee, which was awkward and clearly not the first time she has had to deal with it. The house itself is five stars but the way it is run is one star at best."

"Pascal communicated well and the entire process was pretty slick. The villa itself is brilliant with loads of space and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also easy driving distance to plenty of great places in the surrounding area, including the wine farm that produced Whispering Angel Rose (only 14 minutes drive).The only thing we found would have made the stay even better would be if the property had aircon, which was really missed in the heat. It was the only downside to the stay and something I would have been prepared to pay more for. I cannot fault Pascal for that though as we knew it going in, which is why I still give this 5-stars regardless. Something to look out for if your weather forecast is high heat though, which was apparently unusual for the area to be fair.Overall, highly recommend! "

"We had a great stay at BBC villa. Christophe and Nadine could not of been more helpful and welcoming. The villa was lovely, clean and spacious and the pool fabulous. We really enjoyed exploring the coast and the hills and saint vallier itself was very nice. Would highly recommend. "
