Villa del Drago is set within a residential complex located between Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo.. Driving along a lovely bougainville, a path you reach Villa Del Drago, surrounded by a gorgeous private garden.
You access the villa through a sheltered porch that leads into the open living room with a kitchen corner. The modern kitchen island is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and every kind of cooking equipment like a toaster, an electric kettle etc etc
The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, tv-sat, dining table and chairs.
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms: a double bedroom characterized by a Japanese style and a twin bedroom with a sea view.
The villa is equipped with mosquito nets, a/c in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The spacious emerald green bathroom has a basin, WC, bidet, and shower.
The villa also has a wonderful sea view veranda where you can eat al fresco, enjoying a breathtaking sunset.
Outside there is also a bbq and a spacious parking spot.
In front of the villa there is an amazing sea view solarium with Jacuzzi, sun beds and relaxing area with sofas.
The nearest beach is 1.5 km away. Castellammare del Golfo is 4.5 km from the villa.
