The apartment is located on the third floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has an area of ​​28 m2, has air conditioning, heating, LED TV, safe, stainless steel kitchen utensils, emergency lights.



The Palazzo Signorile was built over one hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2016. The apartment has an independent entrance and is ideal for accommodating up to four people. If you want you can rent two apartments, on the same floor in order to obtain up to 6 beds with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The experience gained in fifteen years of hospitality towards Italian and foreign tourists allows us to understand the needs of each visitor and we also do the impossible to satisfy them.



Corso Bernardo Mattarella is one of the two most important streets of Castellammare where the Palazzo del Municipio, the Villa Comunale, the ancient palaces and the most renowned clubs in the city are located.

Going on foot through the streets of the center, in perfect relaxation, is one of the things most appreciated by tourists.



The bus stop that connects the center with the beaches, Scopello, the Zingaro Reserve and other locations, is located just 20 meters from our stately building.



Restaurants, pubs, bars, ice cream parlors and small grocery stores, famous for their quality, are located a few steps from us and if you want, go down the stairs next to the Villa Comunale and you will immediately arrive at \"Cala Marina\" the marina where the ancient Norman Arab Castle stands majestically.
