Guest-house "The Fisherman's Lodge"

"The Fisherman's Lodge" is located in the historic center, 2 steps from the sea and the harbor. The house consists of 2 newly renovated bedrooms equipped with new furniture and appliances with private bathrooms. The renovations completed in August 2017, offer a comfortable and modern environment for an ideal holiday environment. The ground floor room has a well-equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It is air-conditioned, with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. It is a 5 minute drive from the sandy beach and a quarter of an hour from Scopello and from the Riserva dello Zingaro a 30 minutes .. The first floor room is a quadruple and consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom Private, air conditioning and TV with satellite channels and a balcony. On the second floor there is a mansard with a double bed and a small kitchenette and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. The bathroom can be shared with the first Floor or the ground floor and the environment is also air-conditioned. There is a small terrace where you can see the Arab Norman castle and the sea. You do not need the car to move around because the house is all about bar, restaurant, pubs, pizzerias, pharmacy banks, post office and various shops is in the middle of the nightlife castellammarese. Above all there is less than 50 meters the municipal villa where there is a beautiful view of the gulf. At about 18 km there is Segesta with its amphitheater, where classical performances (Greek tragedies) take place in summer, and its majestic temple. A car can be rented at the airport. It is possible to rent a raft, a motorboat or a boat by the fisherman and take a tour of the gulf or take a mini-cruise with the ships and reach San Vito or the Egadi islands. In short, the location of the house is great to move and rediscover the beauty of the country. Also you can visit the Segesta thermal baths less than 10 km from the town.

Gîte propre et bien placé

Gîte propre et bien placé, mais petit pour 4 personnes et peu équipé (mais avec climatisation !). Cecilia est très accueillante, donne de bons conseils ... et maîtrise très bien les logiciels de traduction pour comprendre et se faire comprendre ! Bonne localisation, accessible à pied du port, tous commerces à proximité, vue mer depuis la petite terrasse. Rayonnement facile en voiture pour réserve de Zingaro et Segeste.

Very nice house and great welcome

We had a great stay in this small, but comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood above Castellamare del Golfo but still only 5 min to the beach and 15 min from Scopello. The fresh fruit from the garden was an added plus!

Appartamento molto confortevole a due passi dal centro

L'appartamento è delizioso, dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito e a due passi dal centro di Castellammare. La proprietaria, la signora Cecilia, è stata squisitissima. Sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo!
