- Charming 19th-century panoramic stone house overlooking the sea, surrounded by forest and terraced land with 60 olive trees and 40 citrus trees. The property is spread over two floors (total 60 sqm): the first floor features a living room with fireplace and sofa (also a double bed), bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a loft with two single beds. The 80 sqm terrace, shaded by a grape pergola, is perfect for outdoor dining during the season. Private parking space for 2 cars.
