"Good central area for Pisa, Florence and other small scenic towns, but definitely recommend a car for getting around. Beautiful, cozy stay and very accommodating owners."

"The owners were really accommodating, we had early starts everyday and they made sure we had breakfast available before we left. The property is very clean and tidy, and the pool area was nice and quiet. As a family of four we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB if you are visiting Tuscany"

"Very nice installation well maintained and clean. Rooms have good size. A must visit the bakey recommended by hotel.
The self check-in is easy however you must contact in advance as there's no reception staff. The pool/resto is in front and very nice.
Only point is some information on web page is not accurate as washer/dryer has a fee and the use of pool installation is free access but use of chair can have a charge."

"Such a beautiful property and host. The building is spectacular and romantic.
The garden breakfast setting is peaceful. Guilietta was incredibly helpful.
Would love to return one day.
Highly recommend if you’re in to romantic historic buildings and exceptional hosts."

"Lovely property, beautifully furnished in an elegant style. Nice bar around the corner open till late, but needed to go into the city to find somewhere to eat
Our only issue was the advertised pool was not open, though clearly had been
When we asked about it the owner said no
We went down to the pool area to sit out and he was there covering it up so clearly had been open"

"Tutto perfetto, sia il B&B che il ristorante annesso, con una particolare lode per il personale. È stato solo un peccato capitare in un periodo di ristrutturazione che ha reso la struttura un po' più rumorosa del solito."

"This is just an easy train hop from Florence. Empoli is adorable. If you would like a spot from where you can head out to anywhere in Tuscany, this is a great spot. It has a lovely balcony and Tatiana and other staff where very nice and helpful. "

"The location was beautiful. Amazing scenic views in every direction with Volterra on the hill in the distance! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved to cool off in the pool after a day of sightseeing and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. Truly a perfect Tuscan getaway!"

"Great property, attention to details and luxury in every way you can imagine.
Locations, views, food, room, aminites, spa…..
The staff, front desk, spa personnel are all amazing z wait staff remember you from previous times too. Dream facility"
"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating, air conditioning worked well, room thoughtfully decorated, no breakfast provided but available options closeby"
"Lovely stay! The breakfast was really nice, the room was basic but clean and had a huge bed which was a treat. The shower was warm, but the water pressure was pretty rubbish. Worth bearing in mind if you have long hair you are hoping to wash! Otherwise, the staff were excellent and being able to enjoy some drinks on the rooftop bar so close to the tower was genuinely such a highlight. Well worth a stay!"
"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there are no hot items. However the juices were amazing. The continental breakfast type had a good variety of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal, and fruit. Lots of condiments. Service was great. Not a coffee drinker so I can’t evaluate this, but there was a machine that I saw the workers making coffee for guests.
The things I wasn’t crazy about was a firm bed and pillows. In addition, the tv reception was bad for some channels. The shower stall is small and the room is small for a solo person. Clean is the most important for me so I was happy for that.
The location was great for the train and buses. Easy to get to the Leaning Tower. Unfortunately, you are near the train station so there are not so friendly people around the neighborhood. However there is a police presence at the station and no one asked me for anything or approached me during the day. Thought it was best to stay home indoors at night being a solo traveler. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again until I have any problems with hotel or neighborhood."
