The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. "We cannot say enough about our whole experience at this hotel. From the moment we drove through the tree-lined driveway to the moment we pulled away; we were attended to by the most exceptional customer service. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. Additionally, and since we had a very late arrival, special care was taken and every effort was made to to make our visit most memorable. We were welcomed to beautiful rooms with a bottle of wine waiting and all the amenities. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and always wanting to help in any way. The location was also superb and close to the popular San Gimignano old town. We highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again. Thank you!"
