"Dated hotel but very friendly staff. Good breakfast and free parking"

"I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆"

"cleanliness / friendly staff / convenient location / secure parking"

"I stayed at the Tenuta Torre Diana hotel for a couple of nights last weekend, using it as a base for travel to the Grand Prix. All of my expectations were blown away! The hotel is absolutely *gorgeous*, packed full of history and character. Every room I went in had its own story to tell. "Very clean and fresh hotel, with excellent staff. The hotel manager helped us arrange activities in the area every day: Farm visits, cave exploration, etc. The hotel restaurant is amazing, in particular the antipasti. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel and staff!"

"Clean an quiet. Nice neighbourhood."

This was not the cheapest hotel around I figured this to be because it had a pool. I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. I'm not sure if I missed it but this was not communicated on hotels.com. The pool was very nice, it was...
