La suite junior était très confort et très propre au 1er étage avec une très belle vue. Dans un quartier résidentiel très calme c’est l’idéal pour un séjour reposant.

Albergo molto pulito, a metà strada tra Bari e Matera con camere molto spaziose e silenziose. Colazione abbastanza varia. Esperienza positiva da consigliare.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé (on peut aller dans la ville à pied pour dîner) avec le confort nécessaire. Personnel charmant et bienveillant.

Chegamos no quarto e não havia sabonetes. Eu solicitei à recepção e o atendente foi até o interior do quarto confirmar se eu não estava mentindo. Tive que solicitar mais uma outra vez para o hotel repor o sabonete. O SPA não é incluso no preço. O quarto não possui janelas. We arrived at the room and there was no soap. I asked reception and the attendant went inside the room to confirm that I wasn't lying. I had to ask the hotel again to replace the soap. The SPA is not included in the price. The room has no windows.

Séjour sympa mais décevant
Nous avions réservé une chambre deluxe et la chambre ne ressemblait malheureusement pas du tout aux photos. Elle était en réalité beaucoup plus petite, en rez-de-chaussée avec seulement la porte pour fenêtre (donc très sombre). Nous avions réservé un massage pour 2 personnes mais la masseuse n'était pas au courant... Nous avons donc assisté à une dispute en italien entre le gérant et la masseuse. Nous avions payé pour 40min de massage et le gérant a essayé de marchander pour qu'on n'en fasse que 30 (en payant le même prix)... Finalement pour le check out, personne ne savait réellement ce qu'on devait payer. De plus, la communication était difficile car ils ne parlent tous qu'italien. Un service très mitigé mais la piscine reste agréable.

Chambre super confortable et salle de bains spacieuse. Piscine et alentours impeccables. Personnel gentil et attentionné. Seul bemol : dommage que le petit-déjeuner soit peu varié pour ceux qui préfèrent le salé.

l'Hotel pourrait être bien sans les personnes qui viennent profiter de la piscine avec chiens et enfants pour la journée. Pas moyen de pouvoir se reposer au bord de la piscine. Abord de la piscine en très mauvais état, même limite dangereux. Personnels très accueillants en revanche.
