July 4th Trip

Great stay at the cabin on Leech Lake! There were two families with a total of 3 kids and the layout/space worked great! Cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. Fishing from the dock was great- caught a few large sized large mouth bass, perch, northern and some blue gill. We were able to swim right from the dock and it wasn’t too deep. There is a nice fire pit with chairs and the wood was provided. The public boat launch is within a couple miles of the cabin. We had fun boating and exploring the lake. It’s about a 45 minute boat ride to Walker. The owner has a cabin right next door and was so warm and welcoming! We would definitely recommend this cabin for a fun lake cabin trip!
