They billed my car twice on top of that they took 50.00 out too .for deposits They charge me twice for my stay on my card. And then blame expedia And on top of it.I never got my $50 back for my deposit.Called many times to talk to someone about it and no one returns my call

For a newer piece of property this place was dirty and not in good repair. The pull out couch had holes and stains all over it and it overall just wasn’t clean and we would not stay here again.

Main Stay Hotel is close to the interstate, near good shopping, restaurants, and medical care. Clean and comfortable room and the staff is great. Excellent stay

The person that checked us in was excellent! She realized we had booked an accessible two room accommodations for a one night stay (which wasn't what we needed) and she placed us in a more appropriate room. Very conscientious! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were pleasant and respectful. The room was clean and spacious. There was a tile trim missing in the bathroom, which didn't hinder the function of the bathroom, but could result in water damage in the future. Normal wear and tear for bathrooms. Thank you for providing such great service.

We had a late check in, but the front desk staff was great! Comfy beds, great shower. Everything you could ask for after a long day on the road.

They charge you more than they say there going to charge got ripped off a hundred dollars for a stain on the carpet that was there and for bedding that they haven't washed yet but claimed it was stained

They had the whole weekend messed up. We had two separate reservations for Friday and Saturday nights. When we checked in the desk clerk said it would be ok to stay in the room even though it was a separate reservation. Saturday morning they called and wanted to know why our stuff was still in room. I then explained what the clerk had told me the night before. She said that was not right and to stop hy the desk when we got back into town. We paid for Friday night with credit card and told them Saturday was paid already through Expedia. Guess what they charged us again for Saturday night. They are working on correcting it but boy what a mess!! The rooms are showing their age with what looks like mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. We have stayed here at least 10 times and have not had problems before. The hot tub was broken duting our stay too. No breakfast which is disappointing. This hotel could be so nice!

What started out as a $82 night stay turned into $132!!!! I told them i have a medium size dog....most hotels charge $20! NOT THIS ONE. If i walked away i lost my whole night. The bed was a double, couch had seams coming apart, the extra blanket looked and felt like it hadnt been cleaned in years...bad vibe. Next night i stayed at a comfort inn...my dog $20! The hotels should be required to post their fees. This was TERRIBLE all the way around. A CON

Think about the winter wind
The person who checked us in was great. The beds and pillows were comfy. However, having lived in Wyoming for nearly 13 years, I should have thought to get a different room when I saw we were on the windward side of the building. The infamous wind screamed through the poorly secured window all night even shaking the balcony door at times. Obviously, the hotel can do nothing about the wind blowing but the room definitely needs upgraded windows. So if you think of it, as for a room that isnt at the front of the building!

Worst night of sleep ever!
The heater was broken so our room was freezing. The tv didn’t work. There was an odor that smelled like a cheap air freshener. It was so offensive and I think it was coming in through the vent. It burned our nose and throat. The wind was so bad and our window wouldn’t seal, so it kept us up all night long. Will never stay here again.
