"Highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, they were so friendly. Special mention to Laura and Lola in the restaurant, always smiling and happy to help. The food was great and a big selection catering for traditional uk and local/international options. The pool area was great too, lots of room but no changing room strangely? Positives far outweigh the few minor negatives. Yes it is noisy; you can hear every chair scraping on a distant balcony and the doors slam-is this down to the hotel or guests though? Positive list- comfy bed, great shower, wifi worked well, bar prices reasonable, close to everything (despite the hill!) Would definitely go back."

"The location was excellent, across from the Parque Paloma and basically 10 minutes to the waterfront and grocery store. Access on arrival was timely. The apartment was damp and we had to use the heating daily. The TV cable kept going off and we had to reboot it several times. Even though the pool was closed, we didn't have access to the area to sunbathe which was unfortunate as the private garden area only had sun in the morning when it was a bit too cool outside."
