"Everything about my stay was perfect. The host’s hospitality and the delicious homemade breakfast exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my trip so memorable."
"The inn was simple but clean and effective. It is next to a bar and a restaurant (one of which is my favorite in San Clemente) so its great for if you need somewhere clean and nice to stay. "
"This is a great place for a family to go. There is shops, food and the beach so close. In addition, it is nice to have a place to cook some meals as well. "

"Upon check in, a $150 hold was required, this was not noted on the site. Not a huge deal but more than normal Hotels. The lobby is pretty and smelled great. They have fresh cookies out. The area you pull into has an outside lounge area which is nice to wait for friends or just relax. We didn’t go to the pool area. There are many restaurants and bars near by within a 1-2 min walk and the main downtown street is a couple blocks away. The front desk was not helpful, as their site said about Trolly information. It does not stop by the hotel and the gal just kept saying it’s at the pier. I was asking if it takes you from the hotel to the pier because it’s quite a walk and uphill on the way back. While walking around I found a trolly sign that was a couple blocks near by, they should be educated on this since their site says ask the front desk. Parking is first come first serve and low overhead. I got a space but it’s TIGHT. There is street parking but not a lot. We were in a room facing the freeway and there was two windows so when closed, we could not hear the noise at all. The room was good, carpet so that’s kinda yucky but it’s ok. Nice shower but no water pressure, at all. Overall it’s a great location, my friend and I felt safe, it was comfortable and we slept good. I would stay here again. "
Spanish-Style San Clemente Loft - King Bed, AC, Garage, Walk to North Beach

"Lovely stay with great communicationOur time at the property was lovely, and communication with the owners was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences I’ve had. They stayed in touch and were kind enough to accommodate a last-minute booking request , which I really appreciated. The house was exactly as listed and a good size for a couple or two friends for sure. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and a smart TV in the living room. Just a heads-up for future guests: the bedroom has a regular TV with cable, not a smart TV from what we could tell. The house was clean upon arrival, and the water pressure of bathroom was excellent — which I’ve found to be hit or miss at other places, so that was a nice surprise. The outdoor seating area facing the street was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax, or get some sun. One note: due to the location (with one side of the property facing a main road and the other side near a busy alley), there was some early morning noise starting around 7 a.m. This may have been seasonal, related to summer or local activity. The AC worked great, and I felt very secure with the pin code locks on the doors.Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely stay again!"
Ocean-Front Beach Bungalow with Two Bedrooms and a shared Ocean-Front deck

"The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"
