Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). "The hotel is right on the lake and our room had a lake front balcony that provided stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The pool is a great amenity. The room was spacious and cheery. The staff that greets you is excellent. A shout out to Captain Roberto, who provides private lake tours by boat. My only negative is the restaurant. The dinner menu is very limited and the staff, while well meaning, was incompetent. Of 4 meals we had there, something went wrong with 3 of them, including sending back a steak that was ordered medium rare and was delivered well over done. It was replaced by a steak that was merely seared and uncooked. I should have sent that back as well. In other words, avoid the restaurant."
