Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.
Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.
No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.
Fireworks Fireworks are not permitted under any circumstances.
Neighboring Properties Guests are not permitted to trespass on neighboring properties at any time.
Fireplace Please do not rearrange the gas fireplace logs.
Skylights Skylights must remain closed at all times and should not be opened.

Lake Use Guests have direct access to the lake and waterfront areas. Please use caution, supervise children and non-swimmers at all times, and note that all lake, dock, and waterfront use is at your own risk. By booking and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from use of the waterfront or lake access areas. Children’s Safety For safety reasons, climbing on the rock wall is strictly prohibited.
