"No AC available!! Something we should have known ahead of time!! Tried to ask the staff about it that night via text to two separate numbers around 9pm letting them know our AC was not working. Both numbers were given to us, as texting numbers if we needed anything. Neither one responded that night even though one of them said they would be there till 10:30pm!! We received a reply at 9 AM the next morning saying "Hi there, unfortunately there is not A/C.""

"Hotel room is run down some. The floor was wonky, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well and it really needed to be updated. But it was only for 1 night so we did ok. We liked how close it was to restaurants which were in walking distance. It’s conveniently located between Mount. St. Helens and Mount Rainier."

"Awesome place to stay.View of the stars and moon was beautiful.Jacuzzi was great and water very clean and ready to use when we got there.Lots of space for ATV Vehicles parking with trailers. Easy access to trails from the house.Kitchen very well equip. Host has options for breakfast and different condiments in refrigerator and spices if you wish to use any. A Thank you gift is left for you at entrance and a thank you gift on Beds as well. Awesome touch!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nest cabin. The owner/host Irene was very responsive, the cabin is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need and more. I forgot to pack a few items but found they were provided in the cabin so I was set! Loved the sauna and cold plunge, and the location is excellent with Packwood, the Goat Rocks Wilderness and the park entrance all just a short drive away. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet, Nestor was helpful and kind. It took us a little bit to figure out the off grid setup, but once we got it all strait, all went well."

"The location was ideal for our group size—we were a group of 5, so there were plenty of beds to go around. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up. Tucked back in the woods, the property felt private and peaceful, with easy access to Mount Rainier National Park and just a short drive from Packwood, where you'll find a small grocery store and a few other amenities. We'd highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mount Rainier."
