"Newly updated rooms, very inviting."

"Same breakfast everyday, found mold in our room, had to change rooms, bad area, and found mold in second room. Felt very unsafe in the area. "

"Uncomfortable seating (i.e. no lounge chair to sit in ). Thought I booked a 'suite' with at least a love seat/lounge chair or other seating to watch TV. Shower was for disabled access, which was fine, but water ran out of the thing into the bathroom and room. Had to figure out how to take a shower and where to put bathmat so that wouldn't happen. Staff was hit/miss as far as being pleasant/helpfull."

"I'm not sure what was deluxe about our room, although that's what I booked. In the description it read balcony and black out curtains. Neither were true. We had flimsy blinds that hardly kept out the light from the light on the door. The bed and pillows were sub par. "
