"Great place with amazing views. Carlos met us at the start and gave us all the details and some ideas for the week. We were able to find parking at the top of the street every day. Meals on the deck are a better view than you will find at any restaurant! I would definitely rent the place again."

"The ocean was visible .we particularly enjoyed the beach cafe. My only criticism would be lack of privacy due to transclucent glass in shower and toilet plus the the toilet for was a sliding glass panel which was very noisy during the night"

"This is a fantastic hotel! Check-in was quick, easy, with friendly service. The hotel was nicely decorated and furnished, with lots of seating. The room was absolutely clean, comfortable, spacious, and again very well furnished and decorated. It was stocked with plenty of towels, essentials, coffee/tea, etc. The balcony was nice with two chairs and small table, overlooking the street, beach and water. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious! I didn't stay long enough to be able to use the pool and spa. Overall, fantastic stay and I would recommend!"

"The hotel is fairly high up the hillside, so the drive up is exciting! The hotel itself is amazing. We had a great corner room and balcony with amazing sea and valley views. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, so dinners had to be elsewhere. "

Everything was clean and tidy, and there's a lot of room throughout the house. The view from the balcony's-there's two-is truly amazing!Nelson was without a doubt, one of the nicest people that you will ever meet! He went way above and beyond to help us during our stay!"

"We wanted a place to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. This is the perfect spot! Amazing views, stunning property and the beautiful island of Madeira. The villa is spacious, well appointed and almost every bedroom has a view of the sea. There is lots of space for families to spread out. The pool is large and there is a beautiful sitting area for dining while watching the sunset every night! Carlos is a responsive and kind person to work with and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He responded to our one minor issue immediately! ( that is very important when traveling with the family!) The neighboring village of Ponte do Sol is beautiful with many restaurants on the sea. Funchal is only 25 minutes away. We highly recommend this beautiful villa. We have many happy memories!"
