Note Google maps does not take you to the driveway when using the “directions” feature within the vrbo app but rather a nearby location. This was easily and quickly corrected by a note to the host. It was a short walk down to the natural swimming pool - a great place to enjoy the afternoon after a hike. We would definitely recommend this house. "The location was beautiful and the host was very friendly. The apartment was clean and well stocked; however, we booked this location to sleep and to shower and both experiences were sub par. The bed is so hard, it offers little comfort after climbing Mt. Pico. The shower set up is odd, splashing water all over the toilet and provided toilet paper. There was no a/c as advertised and we couldn't locate the washer; however, we didn't look hard. All in all the place was nice, but the bed was the worst we experienced in all of our travels. We're paying for it today. "
