"The location is unreal but this hotel need some serious update and windows need cleaning!!!!!"

"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "

"the staff are lovely, lovely remote setting, nice shop restaurant and pool "

"I booked the private room with bathroom. It was quite a hike up the hills each day in Cascais. It’s about 15 minutes to the train station. It was close to 25 to restaurants and the beach promenade. It was clean and quiet during my stay."
