"Once again, next to the ice machine and the elevator. Is this a given with an Expedia booking? A pack of tweens had the ice machine going from nonstop from 9-11 p.m.. That along with the hotel’s construction noise almost made the spaciousness of the room irrelevant."

"The parking is expensive the breakfast buffet was expensive also and the food was stale I went to get orange juice it tasted like water and the lady explained that there was no more I expected more for the price that we paid for breakfast. For dinner we had crab cakes that had an overwhelming lemon taste to them. The hotel was very nice aside from the food and parking "

"Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were over cooked and they only had one type of bread for toast. Service was also slow and seemed confused because we had to repeat ourselves a couple types on what we wanted to order. "

"I rented this hotel for my wedding day, and the experience was terrible. The room was so dirty that I had to order cleaning supplies through DoorDash and clean it myself. There was also no housekeeping staff available. The room was filthy, and I had members of my wedding party stay there as well because it was close to the Maggiano's Little Italy where we were having the wedding. They told me they found what appeared to be bedbug stains on the bed. This hotel should be shut down. It was disgusting, dirty, and has no business charging people money for conditions like this. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, this hotel ruined my wedding day."

"Great staff! It had a kitchen which helped me save money for the time I stayed. A beautiful church walking distance, a Walmart within a few minutes away, a Costco with a gas station a few minutes drive, a gas station and they sell your favorite alcohol beverages, a lot of food eatery options within walking or short driving distance. The housekeeping is immaculate, if you need anything they are there to help anyway possible. The best part the airport is 10 minutes away and the freeway is around the corner. I would most definitely stay there again if I need to."
