This was such an amazing property! The history was so interesting. I wish we were staying a few more nights to take advantage of all the amenities. Perfect location downtown, we walked all over the downtown area for the few hours we had to explore. I would definitely like to stay at this property again in the future.

The front desk staff did not appear well-versed in check-in and check-out procedures. At checkout, I inquired about a possible conference participant discount—not because I assumed I was eligible, but simply to ask. The manager responded with visible frustration, rolling her eyes and adopting a condescending tone. The interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant, and I chose not to pursue the matter further, completing my checkout promptly after her response.
