"Upon arrival front desk reception was abrupt and businesslike. The following morning we reported that the shower wall had a number of long, black hairs plastered to it. We also mentioned that the soap plunger was hardly working. The main desk person was sympathetic and asked when we would be out of our room for the day. When we returned, a portion of the shower hairs still remained on the wall. The soap plunger wasn’t touched. A number of employees offered friendly service. A beautiful, old landmark in need of some updating."

"Our room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room was large and super comfortable. It was a warm day and the room was air conditioned for our arrival. We just opened the window and slept comfortably with the fan."

"Great stay. Minimal but clean rooms, great spa and rooftop patio. Location felt safe and quiet. On street parking was okay for us."

"The room was clean, the lobby beautiful as well as the grounds. Enjoyed soaking in the hotsprings after a long day of hiking. The man at the front desk was very kind."
