Air conditioning is available throughout the upper floor and in the living room, ensuring maximum comfort even on the hottest days. The interiors are fully accessible and free of architectural barriers.

We are very satisfied with our stay ☺️

Pros: Very clean, modern, and fully equipped. Everything is as described and shown in the photos. The owner and manager of the house are very friendly and helpful; they take good care of their guests. If you want to visit places that are known for their quality, they’ll definitely recommend some to you. It's a quiet place where you can get away from the hustle and bustle, but it's also a great base to explore the charming nearby towns and larger cities like Pisa and Genoa. Thank you for everything; we'll definitely be back someday.
