  • A very well presented spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the first floor. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and comes with wifi, air conditioning, large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, two bathrooms on with walk in shower and a large south facing terrace for all day sun with dining furniture and a seating area.



    Located in a small low rise complex all built around a communal pool and gardens. All properties have underground parking and the beach is a 15 minute walk away.

Llevamos repitiendo apartamento muchos años y nos gusta todo, por eso volvemos. Muy buen servicio del personal de Duquesa Estates. Comunicación fluida y respuesta rápida. Pedimos reponer las toallas y sábanas y el servicio fue inmediato. Sin duda repetiremos. A mejorar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las cortinas, ( algunas de ellas sucias y alguna rota) así como la limpieza semanal del apartamento para estancias de más de 8 dias ( en nuestro caso hemos estado 18 noches) y no ha habido servicio de limpieza semanal.

La tranquilidad de la urbanización y el apartamento Hay elementos del departamento que están muy degastados,la mesa del jardín está destruida,la puerta del cuarto de lavado el cierre no cierra, un poco de pintura le hace falta ,el agua caliente demora mucho a las duchas ,revisión de caldera .

Llevo años disfrutando de la estancia en este maravilloso apartamento. No deja de sorprender por como su dueños cuidan al inquilino, no le falta ningún detalle para que la estancia sea satisfactoria. Por poner una pega, El colchón de matrimonio si lo cambiaba, Actualmente es un colchón de muelles que para una estancia larga de vacaciones deja mucho que desear. Espero que la próxima vez que acudamos hayan solventado el problema.

Lovely location

The apartment was tasty fully decorated with all the appliances you need for a holiday. The location is easy to access and excellent for walking to the beach and the neighbouring towns. We visit this area every year and would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. We are already planning our return trip.

Llevamos varios años alquilando el mismo apartamento y nos gusta todo. Ubicación, urbanización, tranquilidad,etc. Inmejorable servicio cambiando de inmediato la sombrilla rota de la terraza y el lavavajillas que se había estropeado. Este año ha empeorado mucho la limpieza del apartamento. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con el cubo de basura en el baño sin vaciar. Con la pandemia que estamos viviendo no es de recibo. Hemos alquilado el apartamento durante 14 noches y otros años han limpiado el apartamento y cambiado de toallas en la mitad de la estadía. Este año no ha sido así. ¿ es motivo de la pandemia?¿ olvido?

Apartamento muy bueno

El apartamento es grande, comodo y bonito. Todo muy bien. La cocina tiene todo. La terrassa esta perfecta para sentarse y relajarse. 10 minutos para caminar a la playa, por el resto uno necesita Elc coche.

Fabulous Apartment!

This is an extremely well equipped and comfortable apartment. Everything is available to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable and the very large balcony is superb. The king size bed has a really nice mattress topper for added comfort. Location is nice and quiet snd very safe. I dropped it a star, perhaps unfairly, as there wasn’t a great deal of choice of bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a 15-20min walk would take you to the seafront or into Sabinillas with lots of choice. The local golf course a block away does a great menu del dia.

Una zona muy tranquila, con unas vistas muy bonitas, la casa es amplia y muy acogedora, pero si quieres ir al pueblo más cercano y no tienes coche tienes que andar mucho. Y si lo tienes en coche son 5 min. Sin duda repetiría la estancia

very comfortable apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool

The balcony is very spacious and cosy. The bedrooms are bright and clean. Very good beds! The living room is nice with the lazy chair and sofa. A lot of tv channels! The airconditioning makes very little noise. The kitchen equipment is more than sufficient. The beautiful garden and swimming pool is taken care of every day by a gardener, so it looks more than perfect. We liked our stay here very much and we can recommend it to anyone.
