Cutest hotel and honestly a great location away from the hustle and bustle while still being convenient to walk to great restaurants, the beach, shops, etc just in a quieter area. The staff here were incredible!!! We love Giada and the other lady who welcomed us at reception (we didn’t get her name). Our server at breakfast every morning was so great too! My friend has a very severe nut allergy and he made her feel so safe about eating the complimentary breakfast there as he went and spoke with the chef to double check everything she ordered even if he already thought he knew the right answer. Our room ended up being more like a little villa with a separate entrance and seating area both inside and outside and it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, cleaning service was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Convenient location. Front staff friendly. I seriously slipped and almost fell in the lobby from a wet floor while the person with the mop gave no warning and stood up the stairs watching. The mornings were very noisy with what seemed to be staff talking up and down the halls in loud voices. The one day we paid for breakfast we found it sub-par. Go just outside and get good pastries!

This is a decent hotel for the traveller who wants to experience the real Naples. Convenient location close to main train station and circumvesuviana regional train station to Pompeii and Sorrento. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff ranges from OK to great.
Unfortunately they do not have a safe in the rooms which I found very inconvenient.
