    The property is nestled within the Sila National Park and offers a stunning view of Lake Arvo. The area is ideal both in the summer, for relaxing and enjoying days outdoors, and in the winter, with Lorica’s beautiful ski slopes just 2 km from the property.

    The home is equipped with all modern amenities and is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, featuring one double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
    The property also features two bathrooms—a main bathroom and a guest bathroom—a fully equipped kitchen, a private garden, and a reserved parking space. In winter, the property is heated by a pellet stove.
