- Disfruta de una escapada única en esta espectacular casa independiente en plena montaña junto al Parque Natural de los Montes de Málaga, muy cerca de Málaga, un verdadero paraíso rodeado de exuberantes plantas y árboles frutales. Tiene impresionantes vistas a las Sierra de Co , Sierra Tejeda y días claros a Sierra Nevada.
Casa Loire cuenta con 3000 metros cuadrados de terreno exterior completamente vallados, lo que garantiza PRIVACIDAD y SEGURIDAD durante tu estancia. Hay espacio amplio para aparcar varios coches y disfrutar de la naturaleza en total tranquilidad.
Cuenta con terraza, porches y vistas a la montaña, tiene 3 dormitorios, una sala de estar, 2 TV de pantalla plana, un comedor, una cocina equipada con frigorífico, lavadora, microondas, horno y lavavajillas, y 1 baño con ducha. Hay toallas y ropa de cama.
La casa cuenta con piscina privada, vistas panorámicas, zona de barbacoa y zona chill out. Wifi estable y rápido, ideal para teletrabajar en casa y parking privado gratis. También dispone de ZONA INFANTIL, con parque infantil y juegos, ideal para FAMILIAS. En otra zona se dispone de mesa de ping pong para los adultos.
El ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar. El pueblo más cercano está a solo 10 minutos, donde hay supermercados, farmacia, médicos, gasolinera y un variedad de buenos restaurantes de fama en Málaga, tanto con la especialidad de carnes, quesos típicos o pescado. Estos restaurantes han y tenido muchos premios gastronómicos. También es importante que Málaga (playas, La Alcazaba, el Museo Picasso y el Aeropuerto) está sólo a unos 35 minutos pudiendo disfrutar de unas de las mejores ciudades del Sur de Europa, la capital de la Costa del Sol.
Al estar junto al Parque Natural Montes de Málaga, es perfecto para hacer rutas de senderismo, ciclismo, actividades de ornitología y disfrutar de la plena naturaleza. Actividades ideales para hacer con niños o con amigos.
