"Room was spotlessly clean with fridge , tea & coffee making facilities , safe and a very trendy bathroom ! Hotel in a quiet area with lovely clothes shoos and cafes approx 5 minutes walk to the Bologna Metro ( Blue line ) .and only 3 stops from Termini , the Central station and from there , can go anywhere ! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again"

"This was a good find. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main train terminal as well as close to the subway. Certainly walkable to all major sites. The Vatican is a little too far but the subway takes you within walking distance. Breakfast included which was a bonus and also a variety of food choices. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a bus stop just in the front entrance what is a plus if you’re arriving late from attractions or dining. Also there is a metro entrance about 10 minutes walking. The staff was super helpful and showed us the shared areas to relax. The buffet breakfast was great to a whole day out. Up to my knowledge, the hotel doesn’t count for lunch or dinner. There is a parking if someone arrives in their own car. I can recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location!! 5mins from termini, 15 mins walk to coloseum. Don’t get taxi from airport, Leonardo train every 20mins to termini @ 14 euro per person! Then 5-7min walk to hotel. Great restaurants and coffee shops near by. Very helpful staff."

"They had no air conditioning in neither of my two rooms. They change one of the rooms to another room after complaining but also without air conditioning. My main issue was not that they had issues with the air, it is that they act like is a surprise and keep playing with you like you will not complain that you are sweating in your room while the corridors outside have air, and that their solution for my troubles was to say we will not charge the tourist tax in one of the rooms (15 euro) "

"Location is convenient, but NOT SAFE at all. Despite the fact that a lot of police and Army ( after 6 p.m.) are monitoring Termini, a lot of very dangerous people are walking around, getting into groups, screaming, etc. One night it was a fight right under hotel windows. Breakfast was mediocre. It was not hot water in the hotel not in the evening or morning. We let front desk know, they agreed that other people were reported the same, but nothing change at the next day. Bath tub is so high that to get there was very difficult."

"Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it. "
