"Breakfast was amazing - room cleaning staff excellent and beyond but found out the room for VIP was not open - had happy hours drinks available in evening on main floor - was told would have vouchers for the drinks to use anytime of the day - so due to timing of free bar drinks only from 7 - 9 pm only missed 5 of the evenings - 10 drinks due to other plans. Everything else amazing"

"This hotel is fairly priced for the location in Roma Norte. The rooms have AC and nice amenities. Our room had a water leak in the ceiling but the staff quickly moved us to another one without issue."

"I was blown away at this lovey property, very pleasantly surprised Wow, is all i can say, this hotel is so wonderful, so quiet, they have spared no expense with everything.
