"Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood. "This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect."

"Incredible hotel experience. The concierge and housekeeping were lovely, the facility manager was very attentive and helpful, and the apartment itself was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location, either!"

"Loved our stay here.

Very walkable to many stores and restaurants, the temperature was fine in November, rooftop breakfast was great! Support the locals and book hotels instead of airbnbs!"

Hacienda Gobernadores – Boutique Stay in a Historic 19th-Century Hacienda
10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay here. Everyone working there was wonderful, the room was beautiful and spotless, and breakfast was delicious. I will recommend Hacienda Gobernadores to everyone going to Mexico City. The location is a little far from the main tourist areas, which I preferred. The neighborhood has many of its own gems - excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. I can’t wait to return!"
