"Our experience was wonderful, the hostwas very welcomingand the dogs on the premise made the experience memorable. The dogs are a jewel, they arw very welcoming and gentle they greet you with lots of love. Make sure you have treats because they deserve it. My room was very cozy ,neat and clean . "Breakfast menu was fresh daily but the only problem I had was the menu does not change. I stayed for 5 days and breakfast menu was the same all 5 days. The bar had a lot of cocktails option.. overall this property is very family friendly, clean and very close to the airport and the Downtown area which is great for easy access. "

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "The room was beautiful and came completely stocked with every thing we needed! Just a short trip to the grocery store for our favorites and we were all set."

"We were very grateful that we were allowed to check in early as we had a gap in time from our prior place to this check in. There are two pools which were clean, the unit was clean, linens were very nice & AC worked well. We thought $25 to use washer/dryer was pretty excessive for 3 days, easy parking, $20 for taxi to airport. Now about the dogs, they are friendly and mind their business, however, if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping you may want to bring some ear plugs as they do bark periodically throughout the night. Probably just doing their job but it did wake us up. Would stay there again as it is close to airport and very clean."

"Staff were incredibly sweet. Walking distance from downtown. Hot water in the showers and air conditioning was cold. Love the fact that it’s a gated area. Bed was super comfortable!! "

"We loved everything about our vacation. Everything is very accurate, close to beaches , shops , restaurants and bus terminal. We didn’t need to rent a car. Rene met with us to help us discover all the good things about this Happy Island. We will definitely return. Thanks "
