"We have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn before. We were NOT happy this time around!! There was construction that we were never told about, but because they hang a sign on their check-in desk, that is all they need to do. We were on the third floor and had to return to the front desk TWICE for keys not working. The first time the one lady was very nice about it, the second time the other lady seemed annoyed. The pool area had gobs of hair lying around on the floor, it was disgusting. We were NOT charged the rate we had been told and when confronted they could NOT tell us why we were paying more. We were NOT the only ones being charged MORE than what we were told! Shuttle bus driver, Leo, was AWESOME!! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again! EXTREMELY disappointed!!!"

"Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin."

"Had a nice, clean stay. I was hesitant to book from reading some previous reviews, but I enjoyed our stay. A lot of reviews said it was pretty out dated, but they must have just literally remodeled. Our room smelled like fresh carpet, all new furnishings (including USB ports). The beds were new - because they were so stiff and not broken in. Not holding them against them - my husband said it was great (but he prefers a harder bed). I prefer a fluffier bed. Lobby, hallways, room and pool area was super clean. Would stay again. "

"Radisson Blu was great, it was clean and the best part it’s connected to MOA and has a skyway to access other restaurants. My son and I enjoyed our stay. I also appreciated the safety of the hotel. "

"Nothing but a drug house. Passed out drug addicts in hallway, whole place smelled of Marijuana, building falling apart, no electricty in room given, front doors didnt work, back door no lights, parking lot all potholes, very dirty, only one worker who refused to refund my money as I was not going to stay in this unsafe place. Do not believe any good reviews or pictures that are shown. Place needs to be shut down"
