We stayed at the property with a large group, and the floor plan worked perfectly for us, especially with two en-suite bathrooms. It was ideal for two families. The property had been recently renovated and was very clean.The only downside was that all the beds were extremely firm, which made them uncomfortable for us. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, and convenient to most things, including the sports complex we visited for. However, we noticed that some other properties nearby were not very well maintained.

We came down to play baseball at Lakepoint and the house was close for those needs. The A/C in the main living area of the house is not that great so we had to buy box fans from Walmart to help move air throughout the hall and bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom and laundry room was an ice box though. If the vents were able to be adjusted it maybe could help air flow upstairs, but they seemed to be screwed in so they can’t be adjusted. Other than that the house was exactly what we needed.
