Great for a Baseball Tournament
We had three families stay together for a baseball tournament at Lakepointe. The property was great for that with the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:
*Location...It is only about 15 minutes from the park, 15 minutes from a nice state park beach, and 15 minutes from restaurants and shopping.
*The amount of bedrooms (5) and baths (3 1/2) was good for a large group
*Responsiveness: While we were there, we had the garage door stop working and an issue with one of the beds. The staff responded positively and quickly to the text that was sent.
Cons:
*The basement bedroom was very buggy. They seemed to come in at night from the garage. It wasn't a super big deal, but good to know for whoever is staying down there.
*The kitchen could use a bit more stocking up. The toaster oven was sketchy and silverware was limited.
*The pictures make it appear that there is a flat back yard. The yard has a big slope to it and the house sits on the road- no room for things like cornhole. Again, not a big deal, but the picture was deceiving.
*There is not hot tub. We figured there wasn't, but it does state that on the description.
