"Our room was nice and clean but the hotel had some issues with broken ice machines and a broken coffee machine. They were minor inconveniences. The staff we talked to were very helpful but I think they could have used some additional help."

"Overall, our experience was pretty good. We stayed here for one night and it was a cozy little area with little foot traffic. The only downside to this experience was the room was very musky and humid. The staff were very friendly and service was fast. Breakfast was simple; Waffles, pastries, fruit, coffee, and juice. In general, this is experience was good.(As a plus, we saw two interesting insects: a stag beetle and a regal moth. Definitely the best part about the stay 😉) Recommend staying here."

"I’ve been staying at this motel for more than 15 years and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is that pool is not functional at the moment, however, the owner stated he was working on getting it repaired or replaced. I’ll always stay at this motel every time I’m in Grayson."

"Wonderful accommodations! Charming area, as well. If you arrive after dark, turn right just before the red Third Hollow Farm sign. If you plan on cooking, there are only pots and pans. Bakeware, bowls and ice were missing. There's no dishwasher and no instructions on the dishwashing. We washed them and left them to dry in the sink. There were ants, but it was raining a lot and that might have pushed them to higher ground. There are two bedrooms, two full baths and plenty of open space. The furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed going into Garrison for groceries and eating at the Short Stop (you've got to check it out - it's open 24 hours for short-order food). We plan on returning!!"
