"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "A lovely, clean hotel with super friendly staff and situated in a perfect location to explore beautiful Obidos and the surrounding areas. Our one problem was the bed - Unbelievably hard mattress to sleep on leaving us both with disturbed sleeps and aching backs/hips :-( I would strongly suggest that the owners changed these ASAP - Probably to some sort of memory foam mattress that would cater for different needs."
