This Arona Penthouse apartment offers a whole host of home comforts for your self catering holiday, the accommodation comprises of 2 good sized bedrooms, offering built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom located between the bedrooms.

The kitchen offers modern appliances which include ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer and microwave, there is a separate utility area which is where the washing machine is located. From the kitchen there is a large lounge/dining area and this has sliding patio doors which leads onto the patio area. The patio area is a great size for eating outdoors and there plenty of room to sunbath here. This penthouse apartment also have a roof terrace with extra space to sunbath and a chill out area.The complex has a secure garden area with communal pool and children´s pool.

Arona complex is located in the beach resort of Mar de Cristal on the Mar Menor and is just a 8 minute walk to the fantastic beaches.

Heel goede prijs/kwaliteits verhouding,schoon, rustig, mooie tuin met groot zwembad waar wij de eerste 3 weken van november nog in zwommen, hele dag zon op het dakterras en zeer goede communicatie en service met het boekingskantoor, toen we pech hadden met de auto bij het vertrek zijn we zeer goed geholpen!
