The property is set out on two floors with an additional, higher level sun terrace. The ground floor level comprises the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and shower room. The main bedroom also opens out to a terrace from which the community pool and gardens can be accessed.
On the first floor are located the third bedroom and separate shower room, fully fitted and spacious kitchen, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room which leads out to a wide, private balcony.
The Hacienda del Golf properties have an ideal central location in La Manga Club in particular being a short walk from the Racquets Club offering tennis, padel and fitness facilities. The Las Sabinas commercial area with its restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, boutiques and supermarket, with the 5-star Hotel Principe Felipe only a short walk away, with residents benefiting from discount rates for golf and tennis.

The large three bedroom and three bathroom townhouse served our purpose very well . The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was a barbecue available.The property was spotlessly clean with lovely furniture although the beds might be described as firm.The main living area is on the first floor so there is frequent need to use the stairs. There is a 2nd floor for a patio area and drying clothes. The two balconies were great for either being in the sun /or shade depending on your needs and the time of day.The access to the lovely large communal pool is convenient
The property was clean and there was plenty of space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 2 floors. We had balconies on both sides so could have the sun or shade all day.
The location was unbeatable with 2 parking spaces next to the door. It was a 5 minute walk to the tennis club and a 2 minute walk to the garage, which has a little bakery section and milk etc.
The property is a little old fashioned, but the photos accurately reflect this. We did find the balconies a bit awkward - fitting 6 people around the tables was very tight. It would be useful to have a spare chair in each bedroom to put stuff on and some hooks in the entrance area.
The garden / pool area is lovely. It is accessed through the downstairs bedroom. This property is in the corner of Hacienda del Golf, so a little more private than some of the houses that face directly onto the pool.
The property management were very helpful and replaced the washing machine while we were there. It would have been great to have had a working one on arrival but they acted very quickly. Check in and out was very easy.
The villa has a great location within La Manga Club, near to all bars and restaurants. Colin was very helpful and easy to get hold of if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend.
Great to be back and a wonderful stay as always. No issues, check-in out-of-hours was easy and communication great.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location on the Club. We’ve visited La Manga befire and love the Hacienda Del Golf community. The villa was in a great spot with all mod cons including “the best TV package ever” according to the teens! There was a great welcome package, parking spot, weekly clean and we didn’t need to ask for anything at any point as everything you needed was already there. Just fab. Jan was really quick to respond to any queries when we booked and I know would have been the same had we needed anything during our 3 week stay. I would recommend this spacious, well-equipped villa to anybody
